§01 — Acceptance
By using GoraGen ("Studio"), you ("Client") accept these terms. If you don't, don't generate.
§02 — Generated content
Outputs are yours to use commercially, with the following carve-outs:
- Personas trained on stock data are GoraGen-owned and licensed to you for the duration of an active subscription.
- Custom-LoRA personas trained on your uploaded footage are wholly yours, including the LoRA weights on Agency tier.
- You may not generate content depicting identifiable real persons without notarized written consent. We log every generation.
§03 — Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws — including the TAKE IT DOWN Act, EU DSA, UK Online Safety Act, and platform-specific terms. We assist with takedowns within 4 hours of a verified report.
§04 — Billing
Plans renew automatically on the calendar day of signup. Cancel any time in /settings. Unused credits refund prorated to the day; used credits are non-refundable.
§05 — Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate §02 or §03. We will preserve your generated content and data for 90 days after termination, then permanently delete unless legal hold applies.
§06 — Disclaimers
Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uptime above 99.5% on Pro and 99.9% on Agency. We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law.
§07 — Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes go to binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE, except claims small enough for small-claims court.
