AI content factory: we generate and publish

One team does both halves: we generate images and short videos from your template or character and post them to your own Instagram and Threads accounts on a calendar you sign off.

 Demo

A mascot for every season

A fictional coffee-shop fox: one character design and eight posts for a content plan, the same mascot in every frame.

Generated by our team for this site with Nano Banana Pro and FLUX.2 [max] via API, without LoRA training. The people, products and characters are fictional; this is not client work.

An AI content factory, the way we run it, is two jobs done by one team: we generate images and short videos for you, and we publish them to your own Instagram and Threads accounts on a schedule you approve. You don’t pass files from a generation vendor to a social media freelancer and hope the timing works out. One brief, one calendar, one report.

It is a done-for-you service, not a self-serve tool. People on our team set up the generation, review the output, build the calendar and post. The decisions stay with you: nothing is published without your approval, the accounts remain yours, and you can pause at any point.

What an AI content factory means here

Offers called “content factory” often bundle three different things: producing content, publishing it, and running the account (strategy, replies, ads, growth). We do the first two and say plainly that we don’t do the third.

Generation is our core work. We run ComfyUI workflows on our own and rented GPUs: your template from Civitai, OpenArt, GitHub or your own .json. If you don’t have a template and just need the result, we can work from your references with commercial image and video models via API. If you have a recurring character or mascot, we train a LoRA on it so it looks the same across hundreds of posts. Every image and clip is reviewed by a person, and defects are filtered out before anything goes into the calendar.

Publishing takes the approved content, posts it to your accounts at the agreed times, and reports what went out.

It fits when:

  • your business needs a steady stream of visuals and you don’t want to coordinate two vendors;
  • you are a creator with a character or mascot that has to stay recognizable from post to post;
  • you already have a style or template that works and want it going out every week without your hands on it.

What’s included

  • Generation to your template or character. Images in bulk (bulk image generation), short vertical clips made from a starting image (bulk video generation), and a consistent face, mascot or product via a character LoRA when you need one.
  • A content calendar for approval. What goes out, where and when, laid out ahead of time.
  • Captions. You send your own text, or we prepare drafts that you approve or edit.
  • Publishing to your Instagram and Threads accounts on the agreed schedule.
  • A report of what was published and when.
  • Pause or stop at any time.
  • The files themselves. Everything we generate is yours, and we can also hand it over as an archive or a shared folder.

What’s not included

We keep the scope narrow on purpose, so it is clear what you are paying for. The following is not part of the service:

  • Strategy and positioning. You set the direction, the audience and the tone. We turn that into content and a calendar.
  • Community management. We don’t reply to comments or direct messages on your behalf.
  • Paid advertising. We don’t buy or run ads. If you need creatives for ad tests, that is a separate service: ad creative variations.
  • Growth promises. We don’t promise followers, reach or engagement, and we don’t control how a platform’s algorithm or moderation treats a post.
  • Legal review of your content.

Platforms: Instagram and Threads

Our publishing is proven on Instagram and Threads, and that is what we offer by default.

Other platforms are available on request. Name the one you need in the brief, and we will tell you honestly before we start whether we can take it on.

Formats are decided at generation time. We export 9:16 (1080×1920), 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9, so one idea can be prepared both for a feed post and for a vertical clip.

Every post approved: the content calendar

The calendar is the centre of the process. For each slot you see the image or clip, the caption and the planned time. You can approve it, edit the caption, ask for a different visual or drop the slot altogether.

Nothing goes out without your approval. If you change your mind about a post you have already approved, tell us before its time and it comes out of the schedule.

How far ahead we plan is set in the brief, for example one week at a time. The rhythm of approvals is your call: signing off a whole batch in one sitting is usually less work than approving post by post, but both work.

Your accounts stay yours

We publish on your behalf, to your accounts, with access you give us. How that access is set up, we agree at the start. The accounts remain yours and under your control: we don’t create accounts for you and don’t take ownership of anything.

You can revoke our access at any moment, and from then on we simply cannot post. We only do what was agreed: publish approved content at approved times.

Labeling AI-generated content

Platforms have their own rules for AI-generated images and video, and those rules change over time. We follow the platforms’ rules on AI content. How your posts are labeled, and whether the captions mention it, we agree with you before the first post and keep to that agreement afterwards.

Reporting

You get a regular report: which post went out, to which account, and when. If a scheduled post did not go out for any reason, you will see that in the report, and we decide together what to do with it.

The report is about publishing, not performance. Reach, likes and follower numbers live in your account’s own insights; we neither sell nor promise them.

What the price depends on

There is no fixed package price, because the two halves of the work are priced differently.

Generation follows our regular rates: images from $0.10 per image, short videos from $1.50 per clip (5 seconds; longer or higher resolution on request), and a character LoRA from $99 one-time if you need a consistent character. Template setup and the test batch are included in the order.

Publishing is priced individually. What moves the number:

  • which accounts and platforms we post to;
  • posting frequency;
  • the mix of images and video;
  • whether we draft the captions or you send your own;
  • how often you want approval rounds and reports.

We send a quote after the brief.

How to start

  1. Brief. Your accounts and platforms, what the content should look like (a template, references or a character), how often to post, and who on your side approves.
  2. Setup. We set up the template on our GPUs and, if needed, train a LoRA on your character.
  3. Trial week. We prepare a week of content, visuals plus caption drafts, and lay it out in the calendar for your approval. This is where the style gets tuned, before anything goes out on a regular basis.
  4. Schedule. Once the trial week works for you, we agree on the schedule and start publishing approved posts. The next batches are prepared ahead of time, and a report follows each period.

You can pause or stop at any step.

Start with a brief

 FAQ

Questions

Q01 Do I need my own GPU or ComfyUI skills?

No. You bring the template or references and the task, we handle the setup, the generation runs and the publishing.

Q02 Can I order generation only and add publishing later?

Yes. Generation can be ordered on its own and delivered as files. Publishing can be added when you are ready, using the same template or character.

Q03 Who owns the content you generate?

You do: whatever rights we have in the results pass to you, and what you may do with them also depends on the licenses of the models. We do not reuse your inputs or results for other clients, and you can use the files anywhere else as well.

Q04 How soon can publishing start?

We name the timing after the brief. It mostly depends on whether your template needs setup and whether a character LoRA has to be trained first, and the trial week always comes before the regular schedule.

Q05 Can we start small?

Yes. The minimum order is $50, and you choose the posting frequency. A single trial week is a reasonable way to see whether the format works for you.

Q06 What happens when we stop?

Scheduled posts that have not gone out yet are cancelled, you revoke our access, and everything we generated stays with you.

Q07 Do you make adult content?

No.
